SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
This bill appropriates $205.0 from the general fund to the Board of Regents of the New Mexico State University for the purpose of the NMDA to distribute funds to the 47 Soil and Water Conservation Districts to facilitate and improve water quality and quantity management practices.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $205.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY01 shall revert to the general fund.

This bill duplicates Senate Bill 120.
