SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 303 would amend Section 33-2-46 NMSA 1978 to include escape from inmate release programs in the definition of the crime of escape. The bill includes situations where an inmate willfully fails to report to or willfully departs from an approved inmate release program location.
