House Bill 105 amends provisions of the Election Code, primarily relating to the duties of the Secretary of State and the county clerks.

The Office of the Attorney General pointed out the following grammatical/technical errors:
In Section 3 (page 5, line 2), the term "party" should be replaced with "political party," and
in Section 11 (page 15, line 3), the word "were" should be replaced with the singular "was."
