REQUESTED BY

FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO VARIOUS COMMUNITY WASTEWATER SYSTEMS IN GRANT

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the department of environment

two hundred seventy-one thousand dollars ($271,000) to design, construct and inspect wastewater system improvements for Bayard, Santa Clara and Fort Bayard state hospital in Grant county; and

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for improvements to the wastewater treatment facility in Bayard in Grant county.
