FOR A HEAD START FACILITY IN IYANBITO IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) to plan, design and construct a head start facility in Iyanbito in McKinley county.
