FOR JUVENILE DETENTION AND YOUTH CARE FACILITIES STATEWIDE FOR INDIAN

YOUTH.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to conduct a planning and design study for a juvenile detention and youth care facility for Indian youth statewide.
