REQUESTED BY

FOR CONSTRUCTING A HELICOPTER PAD FOR THE HOSPITAL IN ARTESIA IN EDDY

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to construct a helicopter pad for the hospital in Artesia in Eddy county.
