REQUESTED BY

FOR REAUTHORIZING A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR A RURAL EVENTS

CENTER IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the local government

division pursuant to Subsections UUUU and VVVV of Section 17 of Chapter 2 of Laws 1999 (1st S.S.) to purchase a building, equipment and property as a future site for a licensed child care provider in Tierra Amarilla in Rio Arriba county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated for phase 1 planning, designing and constructing of the rural events center in Rio Arriba county.
