FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY AND PLAN FOR A PUBLIC LIBRARY IN CAPITAN IN LINCOLN

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for a site feasibility study and plan for a public library in Capitan in Lincoln county.
