FOR "BLUE HOME" IMPROVEMENTS IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for "blue home" improvements in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
