FOR THE DIVERSION DAM PROJECT AT THE SOUTH UPPER DITCH IN JEMEZ

SPRINGS IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the office of the state engineer

eighty-nine thousand dollars ($89,000) for the diversion dam project at the south upper ditch in Jemez springs in Sandoval county.
