REQUESTED BY

FOR THE BROAD HORIZONS EDUCATIONAL CENTER IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the Broad Horizons educational center for community learning, a collaborative effort of eastern New Mexico university, Clovis community college and other partners, in Portales in Roosevelt county.
