REQUESTED BY

FOR PURCHASING AND EQUIPPING A MOBILE DENTAL TREATMENT VAN IN

ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to purchase and equip a mobile dental treatment van in Roswell in Chaves county.
