REQUESTED BY

FOR PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE THOREAU RECREATION CENTER IN MCKINLEY

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000) to complete phase 2 of the Thoreau recreation center, including landscaping, construction of a paved parking lot, multipurpose trails and a segment of the entrance road, in Thoreau in McKinley county.
