REQUESTED BY

FOR UTILITY EQUIPMENT AND A SECONDARY WELL FOR THE VILLAGE OF RESERVE IN

CATRON COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred twenty-three thousand eight hundred dollars ($323,800) to purchase a backhoe, pick up, jet rodder, welder, cutting torch and pressure washer and to construct a secondary well for the village of Reserve in Catron county.
