FOR A DETENTION CENTER FOR THE MESCALERO APACHE TRIBE IN MESCALERO IN

OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to plan and design a detention center for the Mescalero Apache tribe in Otero county.
