STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PUEBLO OF LAGUNA IN BERNALILLO, CIBOLA AND SANDOVAL COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct a lift station at the sanitation facility of the pueblo of Laguna in Bernalillo, Cibola and Sandoval counties;

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to construct and install pump stations for the water distribution system at the pueblo of Laguna in Bernalillo, Cibola and Sandoval counties;

forty-seven thousand dollars ($47,000) to plan, design and construct or install emergency power and heating systems for the detention center at the pueblo of Laguna in Bernalillo, Cibola and Sandoval counties; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for an aerial photographic interpretation of populated areas for master planning purposes in the pueblo of Laguna in Bernalillo, Cibola and Sandoval counties.
