REQUESTED BY

FOR TECHNICAL AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT FOR THE HOY RECOVERY SUBSTANCE ABUSE

PROGRAM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to purchase technical and office equipment for a substance abuse service in Rio Arriba county.
