FOR CARLSBAD SOIL AND WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT'S HACKBERRY

WATERSHED PROJECT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the office of the state engineer

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for construction of the Hackberry watershed project in the Carlsbad soil and water conservancy district in Eddy county.
