REQUESTED BY

FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MALAGA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS AND

SEWER WORKS ASSOCIATION IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the department of environment

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to drill and complete a new water well and construct a storage tank, booster station and four miles of distribution lines to the Malaga mutual domestic water consumers and sewer works association in Eddy county.
