44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN HOBBS IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

one million three thousand dollars ($1,003,000) for improvements to four miles of residential roads in Hobbs in Lea county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred twenty thousand dollars ($220,000) for phase 3 construction of an eighty-acre park in Hobbs in Lea county.
