FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE TOWN OF HURLEY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred forty-seven thousand dollars ($147,000) to construct a frontage road into the town of Hurley in Grant county; and

to the office of the state engineer

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for improvements to the main ditch in the town of Hurley in Grant county.
