SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 96

FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN ALAMOGORDO IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for improvements to First street from White Sands boulevard to the new bypass in Otero county; and

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to continue improving Scenic drive in the city of Alamogordo in Otero county.
