SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 39

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN CORRALES IN SANDOVAL AND BERNALILLO COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one million one hundred four thousand dollars ($1,104,000) to construct phase 1 of a sewerage collection system in Corrales in Sandoval and Bernalillo counties;

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to continue construction of the Loma Larga road project from Meadowlark lane to Coronado road and from Camino los Milagros to Carey road in Corrales in Sandoval and Bernalillo counties; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thirty-one thousand dollars ($131,000) to renovate the old fire station in Corrales in Sandoval county; and

six hundred fifty thousand dollars ($650,000) for phase 2 additions and planning, designing and installing a sprinkler system at the community recreation complex in Corrales in Sandoval county.
