REQUESTED BY

FOR A STATEWIDE HOME MODIFICATION PROJECT.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the fund for the handicapped

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) for the governor's committee on concerns of the handicapped to conduct a program to provide residential accessibility modifications for the indigent and persons with disabilities statewide.
