REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ON THE SAN JUAN RIVER FOR ENDANGERED FISH SPECIES RECOVERY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the interstate stream commission

two million four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($2,450,000) for capital improvements on the San Juan river for endangered fish species recovery; provided that this appropriation is contingent upon the federal government providing funds for the project.

Preferred funding source: General Obligation Bonds
