FOR CONSTRUCTION TO THE SPEEDWAY AT THE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for construction to the speedway at the Dona Ana county fairgrounds in Dona Ana county.
