STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL OUTLAY IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS THROUGHOUT THE STATE.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the public school capital improvements fund

five million seven hundred thousand dollars ($5,700,000) for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Public School Capital Improvements Act; and

to the public school capital outlay fund

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to be allocated by the public school capital outlay council to carry out the provisions of the Public School Capital Outlay Act; and

twenty-eight million dollars ($28,000,000) to be allocated by the public school capital outlay council to carry out the provisions of the Public School Capital Outlay Act.
