FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE RED LAKE CHAPTER AREA OF MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to purchase and install a modular building, renovate a building, install fencing, extend and connect water and sewer lines and improve the sewer lagoon in the Red Lake chapter area of McKinley county.
