FOR REAUTHORIZING A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR AN

ADDITION TO EL PUEBLO HEALTH SERVICES IN BERNALILLO IN SANDOVAL

COUNTY.

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the local government division pursuant to Subsection FFFFFF of Section 17 of Chapter 2 of Laws 1999 (1^st S.S.) for a martial arts academy for youth in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are appropriated to plan, design and construct an addition to El Pueblo health services in Bernalillo in Sandoval county.
