FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE CUMBRES AND TOLTEC SCENIC RAILROAD IN RIO

ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad commission

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to renovate locomotives, replace the electrical system at the Chama shop complex and make improvements to facilities of the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad in Rio Arriba county.
