REQUESTED BY

FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SOCCER COMPLEX FOR THE ARTESIA PUBLIC SCHOOL

DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the state department of public education

one million three hundred thousand dollars ($1,300,000) for the construction of a soccer complex in the Artesia public school district in Eddy county.
