44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 52 IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to acquire equipment for the Baylor canyon water cooperative in Dona Ana county; and

to the state department of public education

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to acquire school safety equipment for Onate High school in the Las Cruces public school district in Dona Ana county.
