REQUESTED BY

FOR A NEW SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY BUILDING AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS

UNIVERSITY IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

ten million dollars ($10,000,000) to plan, design and construct a new science and technology building at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
