FOR REAUTHORIZING A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR WATER AND SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE MORA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER

CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN MORA COUNTY.

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the department of environment pursuant to Subsection M of Section 9 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 for water line extensions, meters, a well house and an office and storage building for the Buena Vista mutual water consumers association in Mora county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated for improvements to the water and sewer infrastructure for the Mora mutual domestic water consumers association in Mora county.
