REQUESTED BY

FOR A LOW-WATER CONCRETE CROSSING FOR ARROYO DE LOS BARRANCOS IN LA

MESILLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design and construct a low-water concrete crossing for Arroyo de los Barrancos in La Mesilla in Rio Arriba county.
