REQUESTED BY

FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND

APPROPRIATION TO PURCHASE AND EQUIP A MODULAR BUILDING TO BE USED AS

AN ANIMAL SHELTER IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the local government division of the department

of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection FFFFF of Section 5 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998

to construct an animal shelter in Socorro county shall not be expended for the original purpose, but are

appropriated to purchase and equip a modular building to be used as an animal shelter in Socorro county.
