REQUESTED BY

FOR THE VISITORS' AND INFORMATION CENTER COMPLEX IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to complete the visitors' and information center complex in Artesia in Eddy county.
