FOR A HELICOPTER PAD AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS AT THE LA CASA DE BUENA SALUD IN THE CITY OF PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand five hundred dollars ($10,500) for curbs, gutters and concrete carstoppers, and to install a helicopter pad and sidewalks at La Casa de Buena Salud in the city of Portales in Roosevelt county.
