REQUESTED BY

FOR REAUTHORIZING A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR A LIBRARY IN THE

TOWN OF EDGEWOOD IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the local government division pursuant to Subsection XXXX of Section 11 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish Edgewood library in Santa Fe county may be expended for the same purpose for the town of Edgewood in Santa Fe county.
