STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE TOWN OF MOUNTAINAIR IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to repair and upgrade the sewer system in Mountainair in Torrance county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to replace maintenance equipment and police vehicles in Mountainair in Torrance county.
