FOR PHASE 2 OF THE EVENT CENTER PROJECT IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct, equip and furnish phase 2 improvements to the event center project in Lea county.
