FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ATHLETIC FACILITY AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY

IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to purchase a scoreboard, install a sound system and renovate the locker room at the athletic facility at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
