FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MALAGA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS AND

SEWERAGE WORKS ASSOCIATION IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to install a new water storage tank, booster station, well and distribution lines to the Malaga mutual domestic water consumers and sewerage works association in Eddy county.
