FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE ATHLETIC FACILITY IN THE SPRINGER MUNICIPAL

SCHOOL DISTRICT IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the state department of public education

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to improve and upgrade the athletic fields and facilities for the Springer municipal school district in Springer in Colfax county.
