FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE JICARILLA APACHE TRIBE IN DULCE IN RIO ARRIBA

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

twenty-six thousand dollars ($26,000) to purchase playground equipment for a child activity area at the community park in Dulce in Rio Arriba county; and

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to expand and renovate the public library in Dulce in Rio Arriba county.
