REQUESTED BY

FOR AN ADDITION TO THE CHAPTER HOUSE IN SHIPROCK IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

thirty-three thousand six hundred fifty dollars ($33,650) to plan, design and construct an addition to the Shiprock chapter house in San Juan county.
