FOR AN EFFLUENT LINE IN LAS VEGAS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for an effluent line for treated water from the wastewater treatment plant to be returned back to the community for irrigation in Las Vegas in San Miguel county.
