has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 6 and 7, strike "twenty dollars ($20.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen dollars ($15.00) nor more than thirty dollars ($30.00)".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
