has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 7, after "fees" insert "that are no more than the average charged by the contiguous states to New Mexico for similar permits and services".

2. On page 4, line 1, after "fees" insert "that are no more than the average charged by the contiguous states to New Mexico for similar permits and services".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
